HOW TO USE
01 Preparation
Wash your hands thoroughly, remove the tampon, and gently pull the back of the applicator until it catches on the tip. If the tube is not fully extended before use, the absorbent material may not be inserted properly.
02 Insert
Hold the applicator between your thumb and middle finger and insert the tampon into the vagina with the tip slightly pointing upward. Push the absorbent part in with your index finger, hold the applicator barrel, and remove it. At this time, the removal thread must be outside. Make sure that neither the outer or inner tube of the applicator remains inside the body.
